What is Rapid Rabbit Auto Dialer Software?

Rabbit software is outbound telephone calling software that uses Speedy Dialer to make calls to deliver your pre-recorded messages. If a live person answers, it will deliver your message rapidly. If an answering machine answers, it will wait until the greeting has played, then deliver your message. If there is no answer or the phone number is busy, it will try again later. Rapid Rabbit can deliver about 60 messages per hour (depending on the length of your pre-recorded message).
Rapid Rabbit is Fast and Easy :
- Select WHO you want to call (either type in one telephone number to call, or select one of your lists of telephone numbers to call.
- Select WHAT *message you want (either record a new message or select one of your pre-recorded messages).
- Select WHEN you want to start calling (either select "call now" or set a timer to start at a certain time).
- VIEW the calls as they are made or print a report of the results when calling has been completed.
Notes:
Rapid Rabbit does NOT include a Do Not Call (DNC) "scrubber". If you intend to use this for telemarketing, we highly recommend that you only use telephone lists that have already been scrubbed.

*Your messages may be recorded for any time length you need. In addition, after each message, you can choose to use any or all of the following "Ending Messages":
Ending Message #1: "To repeat this message, press 1."
Ending Message #2: "To confirm that you have received this message, press 2."
Ending Message #9: "If we have called the wrong number or you do not want to be called again, press 9 ".
The above messages have been pre-recorded, but you may change them as needed.
