Technical Support is included with the purchase of all of our products. The number of hours of support that you receive with your software purchase varies according to which product you purchase. Additional Support can be purchased for $50 per hour here: http://www.tellacom.net/purchase.php

Technical Support hours are 9 am to 6 pm (US Central Time Zone), Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

Note: Our technicians and programmers leave at 6 pm Central Time. Help requests received later than 5 pm might not be answered until the next day.
