To begin using Technical Support, Buyer/User must first REGISTER at:
http://www.tellacom.net/register/index.php. One hour or one year (whichever comes first) of Technical Support is included with the purchase price for the original Buyer/User. Additional Technical Support may be purchased for $50 per hour.
Return Policy
Buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and 15% restocking charge, if everything purchased is returned within 30 days from purchase date. The products must be returned to Seller in the original packing containers and all components must be in good condition. No refunds are available for custom programming or custom voice recordings.

Speedy Weather software works with Speedy Dialer to receive calls 24 hours a day. Speedy Weather answers the phone with your greeting and a rotating ad. Callers then hear the time, temperature, wind speed, humidity, and dew point of the area where your system is located.

The most frequently called telephone numbers in the world are to hear the time, temperature, and weather. When you offer this popular community service, you can advertise your own business or you can sell rotating ads to multiple businesses.

  • Weather information is updated for your area every 5 minutes, directly from the internet (broadband or high speed internet connection is needed) so an expensive weather station isn't required.
